  1. GENERAL EXPLANATIONS


According to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVK Law”), individuals whose personal data are processed are defined as “data subjects” (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”). Article 11 of the KVK Law grants data subjects the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data.


Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVK Law), applications regarding these rights must be submitted to our Company, as the data controller, in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).

       Also, after the other methods determined by the Board are announced, our Company will notify how applications can be submitted through these methods as well.


Your applications submitted to us will be responded to within thirty days from the date we receive your request, in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVK). However, if the process incurs a cost, no fee will be charged for up to ten pages; for each page exceeding ten pages, a fee of 1 TL per page, as determined by the Board, will be charged. If the application is due to an error of the Data Controller, the fee will be refunded to the data subject.
